You have 90 days after delivery to try your oven at home. If you are not happy with it, the return is free and you get a full refund: satisfied or your money back.
How to return it
Write to us within the 90 days at bonjour@pizzaiolomaison.fr, with your name and, if you have it, your order number. Enzo and the team reply by email in under 1 hour, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm (Paris time), and tell you how to send it back. The return is free: you have nothing to pay.
Your refund
You are refunded to the payment method used for the order (bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
A damaged or missing part?
A baking stone, an accessory, a part damaged in transit: write to us at bonjour@pizzaiolomaison.fr and we will send it to you, no questions asked.
